Another quality community from Devine

Devine Limited, one of Australia's major residential developers, is the name behind Hamilton Harbour.

With housing, apartment and exclusive community projects across three states, as well as commercial development and construction divisions, Devine is a major force in property development and marketing.

Now in its 25th year, the company has created and sold quality homes for 20,000 Australian families and built almost 3,000 CBD apartment projects valued at close to $1 billion.

Current projects include The Hideaway, an exclusive lakeside community at Currumbin on the Gold Coast, a new residential community in Townsville, four in Victoria, one in South Australia - and of course, Hamilton Harbour.

Leighton Holdings acquired a 40% stake in Devine in February 2007, subject to shareholder approval.

Leighton is Australia's biggest construction company and its association is expected to provide added stimulus to an already strong Devine brand expansion program.

Construction has also begun on its first commercial project in the Brisbane CBD, the $120 million, 333 Ann Street, A-grade office building.
