Devine Limited specialises in apartment construction, marketing and development. Devine’s Development Division has been responsible for some of Australia's premier high-rise developments. Since undertaking its first high-residential apartment complex in 1996, Devine Limited has proceeded to establish itself as one of Brisbane's largest and most successful inner city developers with over $1 billion in completed residential high-rise developments.

Devine Limited has also completed over $190 million in commercial developments, including the $120 million 333 Ann Street, a new 23 level A-grade commercial office tower in the Brisbane CBD, and the $75 million ICB Central, a 4 level A-grade commercial office space located in Brisbane's near-city suburb of Herston. Both developments were built by Devine Constructions, Devine's experienced and dedicated in-house construction division.
