Integrated Fitout
An integrated fitout provides a range of tenant benefits as offices are ready to move into upon practical completion of the building.
Economies of scale (minimising costs), improved quality (particularly with services) and significant time savings (that translate to cost savings) are achieved with an integrated fitout. Working in partnership with the Construction team, KSD's tenants can complete their commercial tenancy Brisbane fitout within the base building program.
Pre-committed tenants have full access to our team so that a scheme, space plan, palette of colours and finishes can be tailored to individual preferences. Changes to base air conditioning, internal stairs, lighting grids and other services can be installed as part of the base build for pre-committed tenants. Our team will work seamlessly to integrate customised floor finishes, partitioning, ceiling tiles and wiring into the total process.
Even major custom works such as inter tenancy stairs will take on a new feasibility, as floor openings can be integrated into the pouring of the floor slab. Our team will ensure this process is timely and efficient with a single point of contact for the tenant.
The developers have a depth of industry experience and showcase industry leadership in integrated fitouts, with Leighton Properties having recently delivered a 13,500m2 integrated fitout for the Brisbane City Council (Green Square, Brisbane) and the largest integrated fitout nationally of over 73,000m2 for Westpac (KENS Project, Sydney).
Devine Limited has recently delivered in excess of 7,000m2 of integrated fitout for numerous corporate tenants at 333 Ann Street, Brisbane including 2,600m2 for the Robert Bird Group. Devine Limited has also recently commenced construction on 11,250m2 of fitout for Queensland Government at their new premises at ICB Central, Brisbane.
