Hamilton Harbour will ultimately become a valuable community asset and greatly improve the amenity of the area.

During the construction phase, however, we recognise that on-site activities will impact on the neighbourhood.

The Leighton Properties-Devine Limited Joint Venture is committed to working hard to try to minimise disruptions to the community, and particularly our near neighbours, during the construction period.

We are attempting to do this in several key ways

Dedicated Community Team
Construction Updates at least monthly, so that community members can be aware of major construction events
Community Hotline and Email to allow for community enquiries and feedback
Meetings with community members and residents to answer questions about the construction timetable and any issues
