Location
Accessibility
Hamilton Harbour’s strategic location on Kingsford Smith Drive ensures tenants have enviable access to numerous public transport options.
Rail
Ascot Railway Station is located adjacent to Eagle Farm Racecourse and is an easy ten minute walk from Hamilton Harbour, past the boutique windows and café terraces of Racecourse Road.
32 inbound and 32 outbound train services each weekday link Ascot Railway Station to the rest of Brisbane’s rail network. Integrated bus services are also available to carry commuters to and from KSD to Ascot Railway.
Station
Like Ascot, Doomben Railway Station is also located only 1 kilometre from Hamilton Harbour.
Bus
Numerous Brisbane City Bus routes run right past KSD on Kingsford Smith Drive, taking just 20 minutes to the heart of the CBD and totalling some 70 services per day. The Brisbane Domestic and International Airports and wider Brisbane suburbs are also easily accessible through the Bus services surrounding Hamilton Harbour.
Ferry
The river creates more than an attractive work environment and a source of views at Hamilton Harbour. The CityCat services provide a traffic free corridor to the city and well into key Brisbane suburbs. CityCats make 106 stops each weekday at nearby Bretts Wharf Terminal – linking Hamilton Harbour to Bulimba (8 minutes), New Farm (20 minutes), Eagle Street in the CBD and as far west as the University of Queensland.
Road
Via Kingsford Smith Drive, the Brisbane CBD is a 7 minute drive, the Inner City Bypass a 2 minute drive, and the Gateway Motorway and Gateway Bridge are just a 3 minute drive from Hamilton Harbour.
Brisbane Airport is 9 minutes away, allowing you and your executives more valuable desk time and much less time in the traffic.
Cycle Paths
Hamilton Harbour’s riverside location makes for excellent accessibility by bike. Brisbane’s extensive cycle path network ensures that the CBD is an easy, flat 15 minutes pedalling via the river banks of Newstead and New Farm. The cycle network also extends north as far as Nudgee and to south-side locations such as Bulimba and Hawthorne.
