Northshore: Be Part of the Vision

Hamilton is a major precinct within the multi-billion dollar Northshore urban redevelopment project.

Spanning as far west as Brett's Wharf and as east as the Gateway Motorway, this 80 hectare site with 2 kilometres of river frontage is one of Australia's largest urban renewal developments.

Northshore will house more than 10,000 residents and will feature, a boat harbour, 13 hectares of public open space, cycleways, walkways and new public transport infrastructure including additional CityCat terminals servicing the CBD and wider Australia Trade Coast precinct.

The Northshore master plan provides for 800,000sqm of retail, commercial and high tech industrial space supporting up to 26,000 workers. Northshore is set to become a world class mixed use waterside precinct.
